Stuff You Need to Know

  • Daily boarding charges start on day of check in and are charged for every night your pet is with us. Sunday pick-ups are ALWAYS charged for Sunday daycare.
  • Once checked in you will be charged for all days reserved. If you need to change your pick-up date, please do so no later than check-in.
  • We accept cash, and all major credit cards. You must leave a credit card on file with us. We do not accept checks or Apple Pay.
  • All pets must be flea free and clean when they check in. If your pet needs a bath or nail trim we will perform those services and add a charge to your bill.
  • We have found that it is best to leave your dog on their own food. We ask that you prepackage it into individual servings (1 bag = 1 meal). Please bring enough for their stay, plus a couple of extra meals.
  • If your pet is on a special diet to manage a health concern please notify us in advance and do bring your pet's own food.
  • We do not charge to administer medications unless your pet is on more than a couple of doses a day.
  • All medications must be cleared with the front office prior to check in. For instance, if your pet is taking chemotherapy we need to approve it in advance. We do not have a veterinarian on premises.
  • Please bring pills in original prescription bottle or, if more than a couple of medications, in a pill sorter.
  • Reservations must be cancelled at least two days prior to arrival during non-Holiday periods.
  • Cancellation of the reservation within 2 days prior to arrival or a no show reservation during non holiday periods will automatically result in a one (1) night stay, per guest, charged to the credit card on file. If you make a reservation within two days prior to the reservation date during a non-Holiday period, which is then cancelled or there is a no show, you will be charged for one (1) night at the booked room rate per guest.
  • Major holidays require a $200 deposit per guest. Cancellation of a major holiday reservation at any time will forfeit your deposit.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
