Stuff You Need to Know

  • Daily boarding charges start on day of check in and are charged for every day your pet is with us. There is a two night minimum charge for all weekend stays involving a Saturday and/or Sunday. For example, drop off on Friday and pick up Saturday is a two day charge. Sunday is ALWAYS charged as a full day.
  • We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. You must leave a credit card on file.
  • All pets must be flea free and clean when they check in. If your pet needs a bath or nail trim we will perform those services and add a charge to your bill.
  • We have found that it is best to leave your dog on their own food. We ask that you prepackage it into individual servings, date it and mark it AM/PM. Please bring enough for the stay plus a couple of extra meals.
  • Our front office is stocked with small retail bags of various flavors of Fromm including several flavors of grain-free, senior and puppy. If your pet is on a special diet to manage a health concern please notify us in advance and do bring your pet's own food.
  • We do not charge to administer medications unless your pet is on more than a couple of doses a day.
  • All medications must be cleared with the front office prior to check in. For instance, if your pet is taking chemotherapy we need to approve it in advance. We do not have a veterinarian on premises.
  • Please bring pills in original prescription bottle or, if more than a couple of medications, in a pill sorter.
  • We ask that new clients fill out a medication form.
  • Reservations must be cancelled at least two days prior to arrival during non-Holiday periods.
  • Cancellation of the reservation within 2 days prior to arrival or a no show reservation during non holiday periods will automatically result in a one (1) night stay, per guest, charged to the credit card on file. If you make a reservation within two days prior to the reservation date during a non-Holiday period, which is then cancelled or there is a no show, you will be charged for one (1) night at the booked room rate per guest. Because of high demand during holiday periods, all holiday reservations will require a deposit.
  • Cancellation of major holiday reservations at least 21 days prior to check in will result in a refund less a $50 fee. Cancellation 2-3 weeks prior to the major holiday will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation within a week of a major holiday: no refunds.
