Holiday and High Season Info

All weekend stays add $10 to daily rate unless a Holiday and that Holiday Rate applies.

All Federal Holiday weekends are a 3 day minimum charge at the holiday rate

Spring Break (April 1-17) Thanksgiving (November 18-27) and Christmas (December 16-Jan 1) 5 day
minimum charge at the holiday rate

Holiday rate is all federal holiday weekends, Spring Break and Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks - Add $15 to daily rate.
