Holiday and High Season Info

All weekend stays add $10 to daily rate unless a Holiday and that Holiday Rate applies.

All Federal Holiday weekends are a 3 day minimum charge at the holiday rate

Holiday rate is all federal holiday weekends, Spring Break and Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks - Add $15 to daily rate.

During holidays we may have minimum charges. At Christmas and Thanksgiving it is 5 days.
We feel this is a good compromise due to heavy demand for the whole week.
